This information may be for example: name, address, zip code, email address, phone number, driver information, prior coverage, payroll, gross sales, FEIN, etc. Information we collect is used only to provide you with a quote on insurance or surety/fidelity bond. The information we may collect as described above may be disclosed to third parties such as insurance wholesale brokers and insurance company’s in order to quote a policy, provide customer service or maintain your account.
We may disclose this information in response to requests from lawyers, law enforcement agencies or state insurance authorities as required by law. Any other sharing of your information would only be at your request and with your prior approval.
